The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool area.
It was extremely frustrating that there was no elevator, making it a hassle to haul our luggage up to the second floor. I asked the front desk staff for help, but they ignored us as we wandered around searching for an elevator. Trying to check in was also a nightmare. they seemed disorganized and not accommodating to our needs, leaving us feeling unwanted as guests.

The queen room offered two cozy beds, which made for a restful night. I appreciated the refrigerator in the room. it kept our snacks fresh and drinks cold.
